Intermediate & Beginners School Year 5+ only

Intermediate Gymnastics - Ability based or School Year 5 +

This class is for boys and girls developing intermediate gymnastics skills. The minimum for joining this class is a 1 handed cartwheel, bridge with 1 leg raised and a handstand. This is also joined with our beginners gymnastics class for children in School Year 5 and older.

What happens in this class?

In this class we introduce the gymnasts to more advanced gymnastics skills using all apparatus. This is a great way for the gymnast to continue having fun but be able to spend more time working towards the advanced gymnastics skills.
